1. Definície
- Služba — webová aplikácia namolis.com poskytujúca AI marketingový poradca pre e-shopy
- Prevádzkovateľ — Tomáš Paľo, kontakt ahoj@namolis.com
- Užívateľ — fyzická alebo právnická osoba s aktívnym účtom na namolis.com
- Obsah — texty, plány, články a ďalšie výstupy generované AI
- Kredity — interná zúčtovacia jednotka pre využitie AI funkcií
2. Opis služby
namolis.com je AI marketingový account manager pre e-shopy. Služba analyzuje pripojené dátové zdroje (Google Analytics, Search Console, e-shop feed) a generuje konkrétne marketingové odporúčania, predajné plány a obsah. Všetky AI návrhy sú podporné — finálne rozhodnutia robí Užívateľ.
3. Registrácia a účet
- Užívateľ musí mať najmenej 18 rokov
- Pri registrácii uvádza pravdivé údaje
- Užívateľ je zodpovedný za bezpečnosť svojho hesla a aktivít na svojom účte

4. Povinnosti užívateľa
Užívateľ sa zaväzuje, že nebude:
- Používať Službu na nelegálne účely
- Pokúšať sa o reverse engineering AI systémov alebo extrakciu modelov
- Preťažovať Službu (rate-limity, scraping)
- Generovať obsah, ktorý porušuje práva tretích strán alebo zákony SR/ČR/EÚ
- Zdieľať svoje prihlasovacie údaje
5. Platby a kredity
- Služba funguje na pre-paid kreditovom systéme
- Aktuálne ceny sú zverejnené na namolis.com/pricing
- Kredity sú spotrebovávané podľa využitia AI funkcií (analýza, generovanie obsahu, plány)
- Nevyužité kredity neexpirujú počas trvania aktívneho účtu
- Faktúra je vystavená automaticky po každej platbe
6. Vrátenie peňazí
Spotrebiteľ má právo odstúpiť od zmluvy do 14 dní bez udania dôvodu pre nevyužité kredity. Žiadosť pošlite na ahoj@namolis.com. Už spotrebované kredity (využité AI generovanie) nie sú vratné, pretože Služba bola fakticky poskytnutá.
7. Obmedzenie zodpovednosti
Služba poskytuje AI návrhy, ktoré sú podporné nástroje, nie garantované výsledky. Prevádzkovateľ nezodpovedá za:
- Marketingové rozhodnutia Užívateľa založené na AI odporúčaniach
- Finančné výsledky kampaní spustených na základe odporúčaní
- Faktickú správnosť AI generovaného obsahu — Užívateľ si je povinný obsah pred publikovaním skontrolovať
- Výpadky tretích strán (Google API, Anthropic API)
Maximálna výška škody, za ktorú zodpovedáme, je obmedzená na sumu, ktorú Užívateľ Prevádzkovateľovi za posledných 12 mesiacov uhradil.
8. Obsah generovaný AI
Užívateľ má práva na obsah vygenerovaný cez Službu (články, plány, popisy). Užívateľ je výhradne zodpovedný za:
- Kontrolu copyright compliance pred publikovaním
- Faktickú správnosť (najmä pri zdravotných tvrdeniach, právnych radách)
- Súlad obsahu s legislatívou SR/ČR/EÚ vrátane spotrebiteľského práva, EFSA pravidiel, atď.
9. Ukončenie
- Užívateľ môže kedykoľvek zmazať svoj účet cez nastavenia alebo emailom
- Prevádzkovateľ môže ukončiť účet pri závažnom porušení podmienok
- Po ukončení sú údaje vymazané do 30 dní (viac v Ochrane súkromia)
10. Zmeny podmienok
Tieto podmienky môžeme zmeniť. O podstatných zmenách informujeme Užívateľa emailom najmenej 30 dní pred ich účinnosťou. Pokračovaním v používaní Služby Užívateľ súhlasí s novou verziou.
11. Rozhodné právo
Tieto podmienky sa riadia právom Slovenskej republiky. Spory sa riešia na vecne a miestne príslušnom súde v mieste sídla Prevádzkovateľa. Ak je Užívateľ spotrebiteľ, môže využiť aj alternatívne riešenie sporov cez Slovenskú obchodnú inšpekciu.

- Content — texts, plans, articles, and other AI-generated outputs
- Credits — internal billing unit for AI feature usage
2. Service Description
namolis.com is an AI marketing account manager for e-commerce. The Service analyzes connected data sources (Google Analytics, Search Console, e-shop feed) and generates concrete marketing recommendations, sales plans, and content. All AI suggestions are advisory — final decisions are made by the User.
3. Registration and Account
- Users must be at least 18 years old
- Users must provide accurate information at registration
- Users are responsible for the security of their password and account activity
- Report suspected account abuse to ahoj@namolis.com
4. User Obligations
The User agrees not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes
- Attempt reverse engineering of AI systems or model extraction
- Overload the Service (rate limits, scraping)
- Generate content violating third-party rights or laws of SK/CZ/EU
- Share login credentials
5. Payments and Credits
- The Service uses a pre-paid credit model
- Current pricing is published at namolis.com/pricing
- Credits are consumed based on AI feature usage (analysis, content generation, plans)
- Unused credits do not expire while the account is active
- An invoice is issued automatically after each payment
6. Refunds
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason for unused credits. Send refund requests to ahoj@namolis.com. Already consumed credits (used AI generation) are non-refundable as the Service has been factually delivered.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service provides AI suggestions which are advisory tools, not guaranteed outcomes. The Operator is not liable for:
- User marketing decisions based on AI recommendations
- Financial outcomes of campaigns launched based on recommendations
- Factual accuracy of AI-generated content — the User must review content before publishing
- Third-party outages (Google API, Anthropic API)
Maximum liability is limited to the amount the User paid the Operator over the past 12 months.
8. AI-Generated Content
The User holds rights to content generated through the Service (articles, plans, descriptions). The User is solely responsible for:
- Copyright compliance before publishing
- Factual accuracy (especially for health claims, legal advice)
- Compliance of content with SK/CZ/EU legislation, including consumer law and EFSA rules
9. Termination
- Users can delete their account at any time via settings or email
- The Operator may terminate accounts for serious violations of these Terms
- After termination, data is deleted within 30 days (see Privacy Policy)
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms. We will notify Users of material changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Disputes are resolved in the court with subject-matter and territorial jurisdiction over the Operator's seat. Consumers may also use alternative dispute resolution via the Slovak Trade Inspection.
